The procedure is simple, and hard copies of the 2 forms required have been left in the Club Bar this week and should be completed by those who have yet to apply. Alternatively the forms can be downloaded.
The first form entitled "Garda Vetting ID Validation Form" is a 2-sided form, front page for basic details and back page I.D. details [usually this will be a copy of driving licence or passport PLUS copy of utility bill - gas or electricity not more than 6 months old] . I will forward these forms to FAI and they will contact you directly to complete the process ON-LINE.
As before, as soon as vetting is completed by the Garda and you receive a letter (or on-line notification) a copy of this must be given by you IMMEDIATELY to Kevin Condon (on behalf of the Club)

Our U12 A team traveled to Reading FC recently. They played two games against the Reading Academy, they won the Friday night game against the development squad 6-4. Still tired from their hard work on the previous night the played the Academy squad on Saturday morning, loosing 2-1 in a hard fought contest. .
That afternoon they attended the Reading game against Bristol City. All of the children behaved impeccably and were a credit to the Club and their parents.
Our hosts were also impressed and have invited our top under 9.10, and 11 teams over in March. Watch out for team fundraising events.
